Houston Civic Services, LLC provides independent administrative and logistical support to international individuals and families transitioning to Houston. We assist clients in understanding local systems, organizing documentation, and navigating relocation processes. Our services are non-medical, non-legal, and non-governmental.

Are you affiliated with any hospitals, universities, or government agencies?

No. Houston Civic Services, LLC is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by any hospital, healthcare system, university, physician group, or government agency. All institutional decisions are made directly between clients and the respective organizations.

Do you provide immigration or visa services?

No. We do not provide immigration legal advice or visa processing services. Clients are responsible for maintaining lawful immigration status and should consult a licensed immigration attorney for legal guidance if needed.

Do you complete hospital or financial assistance applications on behalf of clients?

No. Clients are solely responsible for completing and submitting all hospital forms, financial documents, insurance paperwork, and assistance applications. We do not apply for financial assistance, charity care programs, Medicaid, or insurance benefits on behalf of clients.

Do you communicate with hospitals or institutions on behalf of clients?

Only when authorized. If a client provides written authorization, we may assist with scheduling or administrative coordination. However, we do not make financial representations, negotiate billing, or alter institutional decisions. Clients remain fully responsible for all communications and representations made to institutions.

Do you guarantee specific outcomes?

No. We do not guarantee medical results, financial outcomes, immigration approvals, academic admissions, or institutional decisions. Our role is limited to administrative support and logistical coordination.

Do you represent clients as an agent or official intermediary?

No. We do not act as an agent, employee, or representative of any hospital, healthcare provider, university, or government entity. Clients interact directly with institutions and sign all official documentation themselves.

How do you ensure compliance?

We operate with a strong commitment to:

• Ethical service practices
• Respect for institutional policies
• Compliance with U.S. laws

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if a request conflicts with legal or ethical standards.

• We do not work for any specific doctor as we indicate in our Disclaimer. We work for you. Hence, any doctor that accepts you as the patient.. Our services do not vary by the physician.

Clients are solely responsible for securing appropriate visas, maintaining lawful immigration status, and arranging international travel. Our administrative support services begin after a client has legally arrived in Houston.

Houston Civic Services, LLC does not provide certified medical interpretation services, but we can offer general administrative guidance to help clients understand how to request language support from the appropriate organization.

Yes. Houston Civic Services, LLC provides relocation coordination support for newly arriving residents who may not yet have established U.S. credit history. 

Our services may include:

• Airport pickup coordination
• Assistance identifying rental housing options through licensed real estate professionals
• Guidance on required leasing documentation
• Coordination with third-party vehicle rental providers
• Assistance obtaining local mobile phone service
• General relocation orientation and system navigation support
   

All housing, vehicle, and service agreements are entered into directly between the client and the respective third-party provider. Approval decisions are made solely by those providers. Our role is limited to logistical coordination and administrative support to help simplify the transition process. Please contact us to learn more about our relocation assistance service.
