Students are solely responsible for maintaining their visa status, complying with university requirements, and submitting official documents directly to the appropriate institutions.

Prices vary depending on factors such as the planned arrival date, location, and length of stay. During your planning process, we conduct Zoom meetings where we present accommodation options based on the criteria you provide. After that, we reserve the option you like and have it ready for you before your arrival. Once your accommodation is reserved, you have the option to cancel up to the last 10 days before arrival if needed.

For homemade meals in Houston, we work with four different chefs. Depending on the location of your accommodation and the menu you choose, we can place your order with your preferred chef at special rates exclusive to HCS. The delicious meals are prepared in compliance with hygiene standards during production. All ingredients used are Halal, and products approaching their expiration date are never used, ensuring that the meals are always fresh and healthy. Freshly prepared meals also provide a richer and more flavorful dining experience.
