Houston Civic Services, LLC provides administrative and concierge support for international clients visiting Houston, Texas. Navigating healthcare systems, local logistics, transportation, and administrative processes in a different country can be challenging. Our goal is to assist clients by coordinating non-medical services that help make their stay in Houston more organized and efficient.

Houston Civic Services, LLC is an independent concierge services company. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, legal services, immigration advice, insurance services, or financial assistance services. All medical decisions are made exclusively between the client and licensed healthcare providers.

Clients remain solely responsible for selecting their physicians and hospitals, as well as for all medical expenses incurred during their stay.

For clients traveling from outside the United States, please note that Houston Civic Services does not provide visa assistance, immigration services, airline ticket reservations, or legal advice. Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable United States laws and regulations.

We serve as a local resource to help students better understand systems and processes in Houston.  We believe relocation support should be transparent, ethical, and fully compliant with U.S. laws and institutional policies. Our role is limited to logistical coordination and informational support — all official decisions are made directly between the student and their respective institutions.  Students are solely responsible for maintaining their visa status, complying with university requirements, and submitting official documents directly to the appropriate institutions. 

Companion services play an important role in facilitating the recovery process. Since each family’s needs may vary, it is best to tailor companion services to the individual. You can rent on a weekly or monthly basis. There are no mileage limits. We have a total of 10 vehicles to suit every budget. Our cars are available in two types: SUVs and Sedans. For pricing information and reservations, please contact us. 

For homemade meals in Houston, we work with four different chefs. Depending on the location of your accommodation and the menu you choose, we can place your order with your preferred chef at special rates exclusive to HCS. The delicious meals are prepared in compliance with hygiene standards during production. All ingredients used are Halal, and products approaching their expiration date are never used, ensuring that the meals are always fresh and healthy. Freshly prepared meals also provide a richer and more flavorful dining experience.
